How we build capabilityEvery part you measure holds information that could make the next one better, and most of it is never used. We exist to change that. We have a measurement floor, a software team and engineers who work on customers' sites — and the software is built by the people who do the measuring.
We start with what you are trying to achieve, not with what we sell. Sometimes the right answer is a small fix, sometimes a bigger change, and sometimes it is something we don't provide at all — we will tell you either way. Most of our work still arrives by word of mouth, which we take as the compliment it is.
